The Role:

* Managing the pastry program
* Ensuring quality
* Developing new products
* Overseeing operations

Key responsibilities include;

* Team training
* Maintaining safety standards
* Collaborating across departments to optimize offerings and efficiency

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a professional pastry kitchen
* Expertise in doughs, cakes, pies, and chocolate, with proficiency in recipe development, equipment troubleshooting, and cost management
* Ability to work in demanding environments; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Dependable, hardworking, sociable, and friendly towards staff and guests
