Employment Associate
Cardiff / Swansea / hybrid
Excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded employment team.
You will advise a broad range of clients on all aspects of employment law and HR best practices and enjoy an interesting and varied range of duties to include a mix of advisory, contentious, and transactional matters.
Projects include pay and grading structure design, workforce restructure, management and leadership program delivery, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and TUPE transfer arrangements.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable interest in a career in employment law.
- Relevant post-qualifying experience in a leading regional or City practice.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and client-facing skills.
- Technically strong employment lawyer seeking responsibility and client contact.
- Ability to provide consultative employment/HR advice.
- Excellent client care skills, strong technical skills, IT literate, and able to work under pressure.
