Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years in a Director of Food & Beverage role
- Expereince in Forbes 5 star hotels
- Deep understanding of international service standards and multicultural teams
- Financially savvy with strong budgeting and forecasting experience
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Must be a citizen of the United States or Canada
Previous island or remote location experience is a strong asset
