An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Finance to join a prestigious luxury hospitality organization in the Caribbean. This confidential search is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys partnering with operational teams to drive business performance.

The successful candidate will lead the finance function, provide strategic financial direction, and develop a high-performing finance team while supporting the continued growth and success of a world-class hospitality operation.

Candidates from the OECS region are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and support executive decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term business strategy.
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting and resort consolidations.
  • Ensure accurate financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Develop, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to improve financial performance and efficiencies.
  • Support procurement, inventory management, and financial systems optimization.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across the finance function.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an accomplished hospitality finance professional who brings:

  • Previous experience as a Director of Finance, Financial Controller, or senior finance leader within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong accounting and financial management expertise.
  • Demonstrated success leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable financial results.
  • Experience managing complex hospitality operations and monthly consolidations.
  • Experience with Sage 300 is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with inventory and procurement systems.
  • Exposure to systems such as IMS, UKG, and MyLegacy would be considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • USD $140,000–$150,000 annual salary
  • Annual performance bonus
