Description

  • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to validate demand forecast accuracy.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.

Profile

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • Proficiency in statistical software and databases.
  • Demand Planning experience essential
