Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate- Boutique law firm- 1250 target- Lots of advisory work
Salary: £100,000-£115,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile boutique law firm who are looking to recruit a Corporate tax associate to work closely with the head of department.
Their client base is very different to the run of the mill City firms with a focus on working with privately owned companies, entrepreneurs, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and the business interests of UHNWIs.
The role is well balanced between transactional support ( primarily M&A) and advisory work so the role suits someone who doesn’t want to be on deal after deal and wants to be a ‘trusted adviser’ to clients as well as significantly improving you work/life balance ( target is only 1250 hours).
The firm has very low staff turnover, an attractive bonus scheme, and this is a chance to broaden and further develop your technical skills within a nurturing and supportive firm
