Overview

Corporate Solicitor – Bristol

A standout opportunity has arisen for a corporate solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm, working within their thriving corporate team. With offices based nationally, you will be based from their Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and well-established team, focusing on corporate matters within the education sector. You’ll be advising a wide range of clients, including education institutions, charities, and corporates on transactional matters including M&A, joint ventures, restructures and governance.

This is a role that will offer client exposure from the outset – you’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders including boards, governors and CEOs. While sector experience is useful, what’s more important is a strong grounding in corporate law and a keen interest in the education sector.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor with a solid corporate background, ideally with experience in M&A and transactional work. Whether you’re 2 years qualified or more experienced and looking for a change of culture, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role with meaningful work and real autonomy.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, alongside a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth team culture. This firm has a strong reputation for looking after its people – a firm where you’ll be encouraged to be yourself, grow your career, and feel part of something.
