Corporate Partner – Well Established Firm
Our client is a long established London law firm who are looking to grow and expand their corporate team. The firm is
well known throughout the market for having a strong brand and for having exceptional clients in the UK and internationally. The head of the corporate team has expanded and grown the team organically and has developed it with a very strong portfolio of clients. They are looking for a partner to join to be an additive factor in the enhancement and enrichment of the team and firm as a whole. They are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial partners with a proven track record of building a portfolio of business.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of public and private M&A work. Private Equity transactions, Joint Venture agreements, Shareholder agreements as well as some Venture Capital work.
Ideally but not essentially, the candidate will have had experience leading, managing and supervising teams and developing and retaining talented lawyers in the department demonstrating enabling the team to reach it’s full potential.
The leadership team are looking for commercially astute leaders to join the department and building and developing a successful practice.
It is vital that the incoming team member has an ability to build their practice and enhance their own book of business whilst developing the internal clients of the firm.
There are many experienced leaders that can assist the incoming partner to reach their own potential whilst working for the greater good of the wider firm.
