We’re recruiting for a high-performing, sales-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead a dining and entertainment venue in Birmingham.
This isn’t your average sales role, it’s an opportunity to take full ownership of a buzzing venue’s corporate events, drive revenue, and be part of an energetic team that lives and breathes fun.
The Role
- Driving large-scale event bookings worth £2.5k+
- Owning the entire sales journey from lead generation to execution
- Working with major brands, agencies, and internal teams to deliver show-stopping experiences
- Strategically planning corporate outreach to grow brand presence in the Birmingham market
- Managing client expectations and building long-lasting partnerships
- Acting as the vital link between sales and operations
- Present on-site to oversee and support key events
Experience:
- 5+ years of corporate events sales experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale events (conferences, workshops, etc.)
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Hospitality/events industry expertise
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for sales, people, and delivering unforgettable experiences
- Financial awareness and commercial thinking
- A hands-on, flexible approach and you will be ready to roll your sleeves up when needed!
