Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Exeter
Are you looking to kick-start or grow your legal career in commercial property? This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified to 2-year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a thriving and ambitious team based in Exeter.
You’ll be part of a nationally accredited Commercial Property team that works with a wide range of clients from local businesses to national names. This is a great chance to build your technical expertise while also getting involved in business development and client relationship-building.
Your work will be varied and stimulating, including:
- Advising on the sale, purchase, leasing, and refinancing of commercial premises
- Supporting development projects and unit sales, including development agreements
- Drafting and advising on pre-emption, option, and promotion agreements
- Providing corporate support on property elements of transactions
- Handling commercial licences, easements, and related matters
Candidate Requirements
You’ll be:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ-2 years PQE)
- Confident in handling a range of commercial property matters
- A strong communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Interest in business development and networking
