We are seeking an experienced COO to join one of our coolest clients! With operations across the world and aggressive growth planned- this is an amazing time to join them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality with a proven track record of success in managing operations. The COO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including playing a big role in their growth and new openings.
Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the company’s success
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
* Work closely with other senior executives to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are met
* Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Manage budgets and ensure operational expenses are in line with company objectives
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies, and industry associations
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Requirements :
* Experience across hospitality- ideally QSR or entertainment space
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
