Contract Type: Locum

Salary: £47 – £50 per hour

About You:

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and skilled chief cardiac physiologist (in cath lab and pacing) to join the team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will be cross-site for both Chelsea and Westminster and West Middlesex Hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To possess specialist practitioner knowledge and skills in Cath Lab and Pacing and to help manage the pacing clinics.
  • To perform complex pacing clinics including home monitoring and of undertake a range cath lab procedures.
  • Act as a resource within the technical cardiology service and provide expert, specialist advice within this area.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for a Cardiac Physiologist (Echo) with:

  • A BSc (Hons) in Clinical Physiology (or international equivalent).
  • RCCP registered or equivalent.
  • Qualified in an advanced clinical postgraduate accredited qualification such as BHRS, IBHRE or equivalent.
  • Specialist or highly specialist experience in the field of Cath Lab/Pacing.
