Description
Bookkeeper Duties:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Accounting & Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the team with any ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
- Support with Payroll.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within the industry.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
