We are seeking a dedicated BIM Manager in the construction industry who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all BIM & Digital Construction related activities. The successful candidate will also be expected to ensure the effective implementation of BIM protocols and VDC standards

Description
- Manage and coordinate all BIM related activities within the Construction Department.
- Implement and maintain BIM protocols and standards.
- Provide BIM training and support to team members.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure BIM deliverables are met.
- Oversee the development of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance BIM capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company BIM standards.
- Promote the use of BIM within the company.
Profile
A successful BIM Manager should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM software and other digital technology.
- Experience in the property industry, particularly in construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
