  • Offering administrative support across the organisation
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and databases
  • Ensuring efficient communication and correspondence
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing and generating reports
  • Providing support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
  • Coordinating office procedures and operations
  • Ensuring a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Supporting in the planning and scheduling of appointments and events

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Job Offer

  • An estimated hourly rate ranging from £11.70 to £14.30 – Permanent Salary of £26,000
