Description
- Primary contact for suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries.
- Daily and weekly KPI reporting
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Month end accruals and prepayments in relation to invoices
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Respond to accounting and finance queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Knowledge of working in a fast paced Purchase Ledger role – Essential
- Experience in managing invoices, reconciliations, and financial records – Essential
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel – Essential
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks – Essential
- Strong communication skills – Essential
