Description

  • Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Processing invoices and maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records.
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll and other employee benefit schemes.
  • Ensuring accurate financial record keeping and regular reconciliation of accounts.
  • Processing expense claims and managing petty cash.
  • Assisting with the year-end financial audit process.
  • Adhering to all regulatory standards within the Life Science industry.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful ‘Accounts Assistant’ should have:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
