Job Title: Employment Solicitor 3-6 PQE- Fully Remote- Boutique law firm
Salary: £40,000-£65,000
PQE Level: 3-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a boutique law firm with a focus on employment law and a fully remote business model.
Role:
Joining a small close knit team, you will primarily advise claimants ( mix of senior executives and general employees) alongside some employer work.
- Managing employment tribunal litigation
- Settlement agreements
- Unfair dismissal
- Witness statements
- Disciplinary and grievances

Successful candidate:
- 3-6 PQE England & Wales qualified solicitors only
- At least 3 years UK employment law experience gained within a UK law firm
- Must have experience managing employment tribunal litigation
- Must have claimant focused employment experience
