Job Title: Employment Associate- Charity/NFP Focus- City law firm
Salary: £80,000-£85,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a mid-sized City law firm with a strong charity/not for profit client base.
Role:
Contentious and non-contentious employment advice including:
- Board level disputes
- Trade union matters
- Redundancies
- TUPE
- Whistleblowing
- Disciplinary & grievances
Key attractions include:
- Top quality charity/not for profit client base
- Interesting advisory and contentious work
- Minimal transactional/corporate support work
- Excellent work/life balance- very low chargeable hour target
Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Charity/not for profit or trade union experience
