Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate ( Life Sciences)- Global City law firm
Salary: £110,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Role:
Joining a highly ranked commercial disputes team you will have a strong focus on matters relating to the life sciences sectors with work including:

  • R&D
  • Supply chain disruption
  • Pricing
  • Quality
  • Compliance
  • Licensing including patents
  • Confidentiality/trade secrets
  • High court appeals and litigation
  • Arbitration
  • Mediation

Key attractions:

  • Breadth and quality of work within the life sciences space
  • Collaborative and supportive culture
  • Non-political with a lack of sharp elbows
  • Excellent work/life balance- one of the lowest targets in the City

Successful candidate:

  • 5-10 PQE, England & Wales
  • Commercial disputes experience with a strong focus on the life sciences sector ( at least 50% of your time)
