Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate ( Life Sciences)- Global City law firm
Salary: £110,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role:
Joining a highly ranked commercial disputes team you will have a strong focus on matters relating to the life sciences sectors with work including:
- R&D
- Supply chain disruption
- Pricing
- Quality
- Compliance
- Licensing including patents
- Confidentiality/trade secrets
- High court appeals and litigation
- Arbitration
- Mediation
Key attractions:

Successful candidate:
- 5-10 PQE, England & Wales
- Commercial disputes experience with a strong focus on the life sciences sector ( at least 50% of your time)
