We’re recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a busy, community-led pub with a strong food and events focus.

The Role
- Support day-to-day operations and lead the team on shift
- Deliver excellent guest experience and service standards
- Drive sales through events and local engagement
- Manage and grow the pub’s social media presence
- Assist with stock control, labour, and compliance
About You
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and floor presence
- Passion for hospitality, food, and drink
- Confident managing social media platforms
