Group Head Chef – Multi-Site Events & Fine Dining – £55K – £60K + Bonus

We’re recruiting a Group Head Chef to lead two flagship London venues, delivering a mix of premium event catering, refined dining and high-volume retail food.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-quality food operation, combining creativity, leadership and commercial responsibility within a visible, fast-paced and well-established business.

The Offer

  • £55,000 to £65,000 per year

  • Two high-profile London venues focused on events.
  • £4 million annual food revenue.
  • Multiple revenue streams: deli, restaurant, hospitality and events.
  • Approx. £2,000 daily deli revenue.
  • Strong existing infrastructure with room to elevate further.

  • High-end dining and premium event catering, quality is key!
  • Fresh, seasonal and quality-led deli offering.
  • Small to large-scale events alongside refined, fine-dining delivery.
  • Balance of volume and precision-led cooking.

The role

  • Strategic and operational lead across two venues.
  • Manage a team with 5 direct reports.
  • Drive GP, cost control and day-to-day kitchen performance.
  • Accountable for food consistency, standards and financial results.
  • Hands-on leadership – visible, present and performance-driven.
