Imagine leading a vibrant kitchen in paradise… Our client, a world-class Caribbean resort, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to run their fast-paced, all-day dining brasserie. You’ll guide a team of 12 talented chefs, creating exceptional dishes that delight guests and elevate their stay.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in brasserie or all-day dining in luxury or international kitchens (London experience a plus)
- Energetic, hands-on, and inspirational leader
- Island or resort experience preferred
- English, Italian, or EU passport
