We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a prestigious private members’ club within a high-profile London venue, working directly alongside a highly regarded Head Chef.

- £45,000 salary (flexible for the right person).

The Role
This is a true Sous Chef position with responsibility and autonomy.
- Act as Number 2, supporting the Head Chef across all areas.
- Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Lead, develop and motivate the team.
- Drive food quality, consistency and standards.
- Support menu development and evolution of the concept.
- Take ownership of service and kitchen performance.
