We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a luxury care home kitchen, delivering fresh, nutritious, restaurant-quality food for residents, guests and visitors.

The Offer
- £17.00 per hour (£35,000–£38,000+)
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts between 7:00am – 8:00pm
- Alternate weekends required
- Up to 30 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role
- Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen.
- Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals daily.
- Lead and develop junior chefs.
- Maintain excellent food standards and presentation
- Support menu development and seasonal changes
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance
- Help create a positive and professional kitchen culture.
About You
- Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Around 5 years’ kitchen experience.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
