COREcruitment is a leading hospitality recruitment business with offices based globally. We have been a trusted partner to the hospitality and service industries for over 20 years.
We are looking for a Recruiter / Business Development Manager to join us here in the London office. This role will primarily focus on driving new business and building client relations across a number of sectors.
Recruitment experience would be preferable, but not essential. This role is perfect for someone driven and ambitious who comes from a hospitality background, but who is ready to join the world of Monday-Friday.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Ambitious and career driven – you have a personable approach to sales and a “go getter” attitude.
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
- Personable and friendly
- Self-starter – able to manage your own time
- The ability to actively develop new business leads and negotiate contracts
- Networking capabilities to build and maintain industry relationships
- Passionate about customer service and hospitality
