Location : Residential School – Lymington
Pay: £14.88 per hour
Contract: Temp (no end date)
Start date: ASAP
Shift pattern:
Week 1 Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun – 8.00am – 8.00pm
Week 2 Wed, Thur – 8.00am-=8.00pm

Join our agency to support a residential care team supporting young people with additional needs. You’ll provide daily emotional and physical support across home, education, and activities, while helping create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
What will be expected…
·Lead shifts and supervise Support Workers
·Build positive, professional relationships with young people
·Support health, wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development
·Act as a Keyworker and advocate
·Contribute to care planning, reports, and safeguarding
·Plan and lead activities on and off site
·Develop your career with training and qualifications
Requirements:
·Level 3 Health & Social Care (desirable)
·1+ year experience with young people with SEN/disabilities
·Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
·Driver with access to own car (essential)
