About the Position
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage bookings, deliveries, and daily enquiries
- Support hospitality service in lounge, bar, and dining areas
- Assist with social events and community activities
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness across all communal areas
- Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Clean UK driving licence required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or residential settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of Health & Safety and security principles
- Full, clean UK driving licence
