Dispute Resolution Solicitor – NQ to 2 PQE – Swindon

A leading regional firm is seeking a bright, ambitious Solicitor to join its successful Company Dispute Resolution team in Swindon. Whether you’re newly qualified or have up to 2 years’ PQE, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside respected experts on a broad mix of commercial litigation matters.

The role
You’ll be part of a busy, well-regarded team handling a wide range of disputes, including:

  • Contractual disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership issues
  • Defamation and professional negligence
  • IP/IT disputes
  • Contentious probate

Expect real responsibility from day one, taking instructions, drafting pleadings and witness statements, advising on strategy, attending hearings, and engaging in ADR including mediation.

This commercial litigation team are well respected and you will be working alongside industry experts who are leaders in their field.

Candidate requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), NQ-2 PQE
  • Experience in commercial litigation (training seat or post-qualification)
  • Strong drafting, analytical and client-handling skills
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
