This individual will take leadership of the kitchen team while maintaining a positive atmosphere in delivering quality service and product in a high end establishment. Requirements:
- Proven experience in sous chef position or similar within a luxury restaurant setting
- Lead, mentor and inspire team members and new hires
- Certified in Food Safety
- Ability to take lead in a new kitchen environment
- Omakase style sushi service experience a plus
