Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify new opportunities in the market and generate quality leads
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within cleaning or facilities management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Be able to commit to office based work and hold a valid driving license
