Job title: Contentious Construction Senior Solicitor

Location: Reading

Salary: £70,000-£90,000

PQE Level: 8+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

In this role you will lead and supervise on contentious construction matters, with some non-contentious opportunities. You will manage disputes, adjudications, and court-based cases for a variety of clients, including developers and insurers. You will engage in drafting and negotiation of construction documents and also supervise more junior members of the team.

Proven experience in construction Disputes along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, both written and oral, be proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively.
